Shipping policy

Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of the services provided at Sage + Gold Roots please allow 7-10 days processing time. This does not include shipping time. Shipping timeframes are determined by what you the buyer has selected at checkout. And after items are shipped. 

Currently we only ship within the United States. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered at checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos.

Please make sure your address and order are correct before moving forward as orders cannot be changed once placed.

Please note: The estimated shipping time provided by USPS does not include processing. Please allow time for processing. 1-3 days is the timeframe given once the package leaves our facility. 

- PROCESSING TIME

Standard processing time is 7-10 business days, but is subject to change based on sale volume.  Each item is indivudaully handcrafted with the highest intention of love + positive energy. Please keep this is mind when ordering from us. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing orders immediately, so orders cannot be changed, added to or altered once placed.
